1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to KULAK’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
KULAK, operated by Tedk LLC we, offer subscription-based design services including:
Branding, Web Design, Illustration, Product Design, Marketing Design, General Design, Framer Development, Webflow Development.
Revisions are unlimited, but each revision request is treated as a new task with a standard delivery time of 24–48 hours.
3. Subscription & Payment
- Price: $5,995 per month
- Billing: Charged once per month, in advance, at the start of the subscription period
- Minimum Commitment: 1 month
- Payment Method: Processed securely via Stripe or other agreed method
- Refund Policy: All sales are final — no refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but charges for the current month are non-refundable. Service continues until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon final payment, you own the rights to all final design deliverables.
- KULAK retains the right to showcase work for marketing or portfolio purposes with your prior approval.
- Source files and project assets are provided upon request.
5. Turnaround Time & Communication
- Most tasks are delivered within 24–48 hours.
- Larger or more complex projects may be delivered in stages.
- Communication is handled asynchronously via agreed channels (e.g., Trello, email, Loom).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- KULAK’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Privacy Policy Incorporation
By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy (below), which explains how we handle your personal information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
